These include Synageva, Kite, GW pharmaceuticals, Shire, Intercept. ​

Chief Legal Officer​

Commercial General Counsel. Extensive international legal and compliance experience in building and operating control frameworks in complex, regulated global businesses. Significant strategy, M&A, joint venture, research and development, and deal integration experience including the merger of GlaxoWellcome and SmithKline Beecham to form GlaxoSmithKline PLC. Creation and management of global joint ventures with both Novartis and Pfizer. Led GSK’s group corruption risk. At Imperial Brands, reshaped the Corporate Affairs and Legal function.​

Specializes in designing and implementing business strategy, business processes, product strategy and launches, program management and supply chain optimization. organizations, consistently delivering impactful results that drive operational excellence and strategic growth. Her leadership and innovative approach have positioned her as a trusted partner in navigating complex challenges and fostering sustainable advancements across industries .​

Growth Driver, Sourcing and  procurement: With a focus on crafting and executing robust business development strategies that drive sales forward in the dynamic pharmaceutical landscape. A leader of global sourcing and procurement teams, with expertise in manufacturing process improvement and customer relationship management.

Health technology entrepreneur with a proven track record of commercializing novel, disruptive technologies and business models across global healthcare landscapes. Mike has held commercial leadership roles at Danaher, Roche, Thermo Fisher, Scriptyx and Endpoint Health. Mike currently heads up strategy, product development and commercialization.

Executive roles in corporate development, strategic planning, and commercial operations, with MNC’s Aventis, Serono, Takeda, Quintiles Transnational and Biotech/start ups including Epirus and Mabxience. Nick’s expertise spans the product lifecycle from early product development through to commercial launch.

SVP - Technical

Jamie Hawkes is a seasoned scientific leader and innovator with over 20 years of experience in the personal care and specialty chemicals industries, skillfully blending deep scientific expertise with commercial strategy. Currently focused on R&D, innovation, IP, and technical claim substantiation within the Collabio Healthcare group, Jamie previously served as a Professor of Pharmaceutical Science & Cosmetic Science at the Universidade Federal de Alfenas (UNIFAL-MG) in Brazil, leading research and teaching postgraduate courses. He has held high-impact leadership roles at global companies like Lonza and Perachem, where he spearheaded multi-year innovation pipelines, managed international R&D teams, and launched over 20 products. His significant contributions are evidenced by 34 granted patents, 31 pending applications, and numerous peer-reviewed publications. Known for his clarity in communication and strategic foresight, Jamie has a proven track record of translating complex science into market-ready innovations.
