Chief Legal Officer​

Commercial General Counsel. Extensive international legal and compliance experience in building and operating control frameworks in complex, regulated global businesses. Significant strategy, M&A, joint venture, research and development, and deal integration experience including the merger of GlaxoWellcome and SmithKline Beecham to form GlaxoSmithKline PLC. Creation and management of global joint ventures with both Novartis and Pfizer. Led GSK’s group corruption risk. At Imperial Brands, reshaped the Corporate Affairs and Legal function.​

Flynn group (Flynn Pharma, Inresa GMBH, Micropharm) – CEO. His most recent role was Commercial Director at Rosemont Pharmaceuticals with global responsibility for all commercial activities ex-USA.

SVP – Head of North America

Commercial VP with 20 years of healthcare expertise in both US and European markets within early-stage start-ups, mid-size biotech and large pharmaceutical companies. She's worked across multiple disease areas including immunology, rare disease (gene therapy), oncology, and neuroscience at companies such as Eli Lilly, Amgen, Alnylam and Bluebird Bio.​

Chief Operational Officer​

In executive management with over 25 years of strategic solutions engineering in

a complex international environment. Proven track record in developing and

leading Quality, Manufacturing, Technology, Supply Chain teams. As President and, former CQO in Cheerland Biologics, built biologics manufacturing facilities in Shenzhen and Shanghai including first 15,000 L bioreactors in China. Held positions as Head of Quality/Manufacturing at MSD, Singapore. As Head of QA, achieved licensure for Samsung Biologics for drug substance and drug product facilities from FDA, EMA, PMDA and MDFS. At Genentech held various leadership positions in Technology Transfer and Quality.​

Specializes in designing and implementing business strategy, business processes, product strategy and launches, program management and supply chain optimization. Spearheaded transformative initiatives for prominent

organizations, consistently delivering impactful results that drive operational excellence and strategic growth. Her leadership and innovative approach have positioned her as a trusted partner in navigating complex challenges and fostering sustainable advancements across industries .​

Growth Driver, Sourcing and  procurement: With a focus on crafting and executing robust business development strategies that drive sales forward in the dynamic pharmaceutical landscape. A leader of global sourcing and procurement teams, with expertise in manufacturing process improvement and customer relationship management.

SVP – Head of Product Management & Technology​

Health technology entrepreneur with a proven track record of commercializing novel, disruptive technologies and business models across global healthcare landscapes. Mike has held commercial leadership roles at Danaher, Roche, Thermo Fisher, Scriptyx and Endpoint Health. Mike currently heads up strategy, product development and commercialization.

30 years of global pharmaceutical experience in Europe, North America, Asia Pacific and Emerging Markets. Executive roles in corporate development, strategic planning, and commercial operations, with MNC’s Aventis, Serono, Takeda, Quintiles Transnational and Biotech/start ups including Epirus and Mabxience. Nick’s expertise spans the product lifecycle from early product development through to commercial launch.
